1. Window & general conditions

You have 7 days from delivery to return or exchange. Items must be unworn, tags intact, and returned in original packaging.

Start by sending your order number and reason via the contact page or your account orders. Support replies with return instructions within 24 working hours.

2. Size exchange

Between sizes? Exchange is the fastest fix. Once the new size is confirmed in stock, we ship the replacement with the next dispatch. First delivery and Tehran exchanges are free; provincial exchange postage is on the customer.

3. Refunds

• Online payment: after the return arrives and is inspected (within 48 hours), we refund via the original method or card transfer. Banks may take 3–7 working days.
• Cash on delivery: collected cash is transferred to your card after inspection.

4. Non-returnable items

• Washed, worn, or altered garments
• Intimate wear and opened hygiene items
• Accessories (scarves, bags, belts, socks) once opened
• Sale items discounted more than 50%

5. Return shipping

For no-fault returns, return shipping is on the customer (Tehran courier or nationwide post). For defective or mismatched items, all costs are covered by استایل تهران.

6. Defective or mismatched items

Report within 7 days of delivery. After review, the item is collected free of charge and replaced or fully refunded.
